Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping to Puerto Rico & the United States

We ship to Puerto Rico and all 50 U.S. states. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to track your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $9.00 to Puerto Rico and the United States.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $100 or more.

Delays

During periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, delivery times may vary. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. TRES COCOS BOUTIQUE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to TRES COCOS BOUTIQUE due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with reshipping the order, including applicable shipping fees.

If a customer chooses not to reship the returned order, TRES COCOS BOUTIQUE may offer a partial refund of the product value only, minus the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees incurred.
